New TorrentFeed structure

Hi every1,

the last couple of days, i have been away on a course concerning project management. There was a hell of a lot new stuff to learn about a project management method called Prince2. I was so impressed by the described composition of Prince2, i decided to set up the TorrentFeed "project" according to Prince2 recommendations.
Unfortunatly this will take a while, because i have to compose several documents first. And since the ideas i have been thinking about, concerning TorrentFeed, are pretty complex and huge, it will take a while formulating and writing them down.

I will upload the documents here (or at my site http://torrentfeed.doesntexist.org\) gradually. One of the first Documents to be created will be a project initiation document, defining the project scope, organisation structure and Quality Plan. This document will also include an initial project plan and an initial risk log aswell.

It will probably take two to three days to think through everything, but i am confident the document will be uploaded by monday night (CET).

Registered users will be able to access the document about 24 hours earlier. I will also send them information as i'll be progressing. So come on in and register!
