Started project

Hi all, today I started this project. He will be written on C++ and QT. About this project read in Wiki. There I will write something about process coding, like what I do now, what will write first, what new feature will be adding and what bugs will be fixed in the near future.

P.S. Sorry for my bad English, I taught German in my school :)
