#6 Job submission tool

In the long run, it would be nice to have a tool included that facilitates non-trivial submission of job scripts. A few thoughts:

- the script should for be either on the SERVER file system or the client filesystem.

- the submission directory should be selectable (all my scripts are written to run in the directory where qsub was run)

- the submission tool should allow at least the following options:

- submission to which queue: qsub -q <queue>
- execution on multiple nodes, with multiple processors per node: qsub -l nodes=#:ppn=#
- redirection of stderr/stdout: qsub -o /fs... -e /fs...
- joining stderr, stdout: qsub -j oe
- mail notification: qsub -m user@host
- submission of an arbitrary number of copies of the same job (call qsub repeatedly)
