Hi I am new to TORCS and while I find the graphics lower in quality to what I'm used to the physics and general driveability are excellent. I have
some questions about the Cobra:
1. Why are the wheels so-designed? They appear to be like wheel-trims.
2. How driveable is this supposed to be? Doing a bit of research I guess it is more like the CSX3305 800bhp SuperCobra. Can the real thing really pull away in 5th that easily?
3. What function does 6th gear have? It appears to act as a speed limiter with no acceleration available. Yet it is extremely easy to spin it in this gear and the vehicle can be kept in a spinning state without any further wheel or pedal input.
Finally are there any plans for a Le Mans or Hockenheim to be developed? The platform is excellent for a virtual LM 24 hrs e.g with its ability to race for a large number of laps along with damage, pits + fuel usage parameters etc.
Thanks and keep up the good work.
