[Torch5-bugs] narrow on wrong dim tensor = big hang

on cygwin this causes a nasty hang..

 x=torch.Tensor(2,0)
 y=x:narrow(2,1,1)

I know it doesn't make sense, but there it is..

this was my stupid fault - some exception code was commented out.
There is a nice error message really.
