#6 PathFinder generating islands and antennas for Spartan3E

For the relevant test case, PathFinder seems to be creating an island and an antenna on a particular net. In the internal Torc repository, rev 1204, go into torc/branches/mrajad/dpa, and 'make dwddl'. The errors appear after all of the synthesis and implementation, during conversion from XDL back to NCD.
