#5 Memory leak in torc::generic::importer

There is a small memory leak in torc::generic::importer. In general this appears to be somewhere around 80 to 160 bytes. It may stem from EDIF constructs that are retained verbatim without being processed (for example non-netlist view information). Valgrind shows this. So do other tests.
