#12 BlockFill fails during .d generation because of torc/boost header interaction

In BlockFill.cpp, if boost/filesystem.hpp or boost/lexical_cast.hpp are #included before torc/Architecture.hpp, torc/Physical.hpp, torc/common/DirectoryTree.hpp, or torc/physical/XdlExporter.hpp, compilation fails with this message:

BlockFill.d:1: *** missing separator.  Stop.

When this happens, BlockFill.d is incomplete. This happens with GCC 4.6.1 and Boost 1.49 on OS X.
