Hi Nathan,

I'm interested on migration to github. I have a CentOs 32bit virtualbox
image ready for building Tora with Oracle 11 support (also Xmltype is
supported). I plan to transform this to docker image. I can build a 64bit
development environment too. At the moment what I miss is a Windows
development environment. I think that You need to contact Ivan Brezina that
is the actual maintainer of the project.
