[Tora-develop] any interest in migrating repo/etc. to github?

I've been slowly trying to get projects I have anything to do with moved to git and in most cases github, but since not 
active with TOra development haven't really looked at it. The whole mess with sf outage has just brought it back to mind.

If there is interest, please let me know and we can work out how best to migrate.
