#315 ifile support for tns-entries

Sometimes there can be a lot of entries in tnsnames.ora and it becomes useful to use ifiles to separate .ora files to contain the tns-entries.
tora shows only the ifile entries, but i suppose it would be usefull to effectively read the ifiles and include the tns-entries as they were in the tnsnames.ora.
