#226 Extract format compatible w/ SQL*Loader

The current extract format is a script of SQL insert
statements. However this format doesn't work well for CLOB
and LOB columns. Right now, values for these columns are
inlined, which can result in script lines that are too long to
be parsed by SQL*Plus.

SQL*Loader has an input format that can handle LOB and
CLOB values by references to auxillary files that hold the
LOB and CLOB values. If the extract module were to offer
the SQL*Loader format as an output format, then TORa
would server as an open source alternative to (buggy) tools
such as Ispirer SQL Ways and Computer Associates
Unicenter/Fast Unload.
