    Currently when I connect to a (MySQL) DB then I always have to call menu
    Tools->Schema Browser

    at first.

    Is there a way to tell Tora to do this automatically at startup of e new connection?
    In other words Schema Browser should automatically be visiable after a new connection has been established.

    One of the menu items in settings/preferences allows you to specify a 'Default Tool'

    Hmm, maybe I am blind.
    But I searched now all stuff in menu

    but I did NOT found an option "Default tool"

    Could you tell me where it is EXACTYL?

    thank you

    The "Default Tool" is in Preferences -> Tools at the very bottom (Tora 2.1.3)

    Fine. Thank you.

    But is there an additional "remember last state" for the Schema Browser?

    That means the last marked/selected table should be selected automatically again when re-visting/re-opening Schema Browser.

    Furthermore the "Data" tab should be selected/put be into foreground.

    Not that I'm aware of, sorry.
