#900 PL/SQL editor does not save, nor allow compilation.

In version 3.1, the PL/SQL editor seams worthless. You cannot save the changes, nor compile them. You can bring changes in the editor's window, but if you press the compile button, nothing happens (including when you type syntax errors purposely). If you close the editor and reopen it on the same package, all your changes are gone. No data is being saved, as if the editor is a simple text editor widget with some text, but no connection to the datastructure it is supposed to represent.
