#2 .desktop file and icon

Since topowatch is a GUI application there should be a .desktop file and an icon. Sooner or later I will make a RPM package of topowatch. At the moment I don't know if the package will go to the Fedora Package Collection or RPM Fusion. But for both repositories are a .desktop file and a icon mandatory.

I can help out with the .desktop file but I'm not a designer ;-)
