#4 Pre/Post-fixes forgotten over time

If left running for a while, the script seems to forget
both prefix and postfix. They get obsorbed into the
rest of the topic as if part of it. When new additions
are made, it never ensures the p-fixes are appended, it
totally forgets them.

Usually have to do a .rehash on the eggdrop for it to
remember them again - it suddenly adds the p-fixes when
I do that, the obsorbed p-fixes have to be removed
manually afterwards.

This is with v1.19 - an older version v1.14 didn't have
this problem.
