#6 Create test harness

talk to me (Jeff) about this one. I have a few ideas.

Basically, a test harness would be nice because in the
future, multiple code processors will sometimes be
chained together, creating a large set of testing
permutations. Even if we have to create mock objects
for the contestApplet's language and problem, this could
still save a lot of time.
