#1 Cleanup FileEdit interface

Make the properties interface look a little better by
reorganizing. This probably shouldn't be done until we
figure out which options are the most useful. Ideas for
starting on this include: Move components into groups
with separate outlines, play with the spacings, weed
unnecessary options, possibly split into separate areas if
necessary.

A good start would be to size the window correctly.
