#2 decb raw copy of partitions

On multipartition disk images it should be possible to copy raw partitions, e.g.
decb copy yourdisk.vhd,@:0 yourdisk.vhd,@:255
Bits and pieces are missing for this to work. I started fixing up some and will push it after the 2.2 release, but more work will be needed.
