#40 Adding generic topic type to other topics

It seems it not currently possible to add generic topic
types to first lvl topics. Can this be changed in the
outline schema? I would like to be able to add for
example a subtopic to most topics like Overview, Tables
and Reports, etc.

Do you mean children of SurveyTopicType or children of
OutlineType?
