In M6, the survey type selection combo box is no longer
present in the Add Survey wizard. Is this by design
(does not show since there is currently only one type
available) or was it removed?
Yes, I removed it because there is only on survey type,
would you like it to be configurable? I could make it detect
if theres more than one and render the field, but I got the
strong sense from both you and Olivier there wasn't going to
be more than one right now.
