Removed Version 3.2.16
Since multipule applications are seeing version 3.2.16 as a virus I am removing it untill I can find a better way to repackage the content.

Tool Box Installer 3.2.16 is the same applicaion as 2-29-16 but with a updated install wraper.
Tool Box Installer has been repackaged to take up slightly less space. It has also had its install method updated.

Fixed and issue that closed the Tool Box after exiting the "Cleaning Menu"
Fixed a few help files that where not pointed to the correct applications
Replaced some applicaions with lighter versions
* Replaced TrueCrypt with VeraCrypt
* Replaced PicPick with lightscreen
* Moved Quick Crypt to Security
Updated Applicaions
Added WinCDEmu (a portable virtial disk drive)
Updated UI

Fixed an issue with the "CMD" command where it was not launching
Fixed an issue that would close the Launcher after runnning a batch file from Scripts function
