#3 toolame 02l not work with tmpgenc

I d/l the newest version, 02l, and it crashes encoding in
tempgenc. how do i get 02k back? I d/l 02k from here,
but there is no .exe file for tmpgenc to find for outside
audio encoding source? Please help.
