#2 toolame has caused an error in toolame.exe

please help me,
i cant encode to mp2 i get to line 48275 and it gives
me this message,
toolame has caused an error in toolame.exe this
program will now close, if you continue to have this
problem try restarting you system.

i restart and same thing happens over and over.
Im stumped ?????
