The 'Dynamic' field of 'Config' tab should have auto completion in order to help the user to enter the Year/Semester/Table/Column

It is not easy to do because browser do not know these information, so it must be done server side.

This first action should be to display an error message when they is a problem, currently (5.2.2) nothing is displayed.
