#3 tomoe doesn't respect LDFLAGS

Tomoe uses LDFLAGS to pass automake specific linking flags,

Steps to repoduce:
1. export LDFLAGS=-Wl,--hash-style=gnu
2. build tomoe
3. scanelf -qyRF '%k %p' -k .hash .

Actual results:
.hash /module/recognizer/.libs/simple.so
.hash /module/dict/.libs/xml.so
.hash /module/dict/.libs/svn.so
.hash /module/dict/.libs/unihan.soT
.hash /module/dict/.libs/unihan.so
.hash /module/dict/.libs/svn.soT
.hash /module/dict/.libs/xml.soT

Expected results:
(none)
