hard work, it seems sometimes has error, so I catch the exception at ResourcesManager.jsp.

I don't known the error reason, code look right. I think maybe is the jar file error :D

I upload Installation documents, and add the Traditional Chinese version.

But I found sourceforge support chinese not well.
So I think maybe upload a home page.

I write two HOW TO document, english and simplefied.chinese.

Writting english make me headache, because my english is bad! :'(
But I must to write it, because they say: Half a loaf is better than no bread. :)
