Hello all, I'm writing concerning the "accompanying software" that the Tomahawk web site (http://www.tomahawktesttool.org/install.html) and the white paper "A Methodology and Toolset for Evaluating Network Based Intrusion Prevention Systems" mentions that is included in the Tomahawk package. Appendix B of the white paper goes into great detail about the qa.tgz and pcaps.tgz packages. These would be extremely helpful to have as they supposedly contain sample pcaps along with a server for collecting statistics. If someone has the qa.tgz or pcaps.tgz packages, will you please forward these to me or point me where to download them. I'm not able to find them on the SourceForge site. Thanks. |

Any chance that a library of captured exploit pcaps will be released? Some of the docs on the Tomahawk site make reference to a 'pcaps.tar.gz' archive (http://www.tomahawktesttool.org/install.html), but I haven't seen it available for download anywhere. Big thanks to Brian and TippingPoint for making this tool available to the public! |
