Drug allergies can be added to the Allergy Master List. However, the e-Prescribing project that we are working on will include the ability to use a third party knowledge bases for interaction and allergy checking.

I understand you can add drugs allergies if you have installed the application, isn't it?
My point of view is that it should be connected with the drugs catalogue, so it could add value and features (warning the clinician when prescribing, for instance).
