There's an assertion failure in neRegion::Update() when performing these operations:
1- create a rigid body
2- remove it
3- create another body
I think it's because when the first body is removed, the rigid body's heap will release an item; this item will then be used by the new body of operation 3. This is the problem, since now the region has the same body 2 times.
