#2 rates for counter variables

sometimes it would be very helpful to see rates on counters not just the current value.
Perhaps this could be implementd by server push. This would also be nice to have it on
table columns not only on single counter var's. Example: Monitor the whole
column ifInOctets in rate mode to see the current traffic
