#45 Mail preview shows incorrect variables

When in mail-preview mode, the mail "variables" like $firstName and $age, etc. are exchanged with the information of the sender. When mailing one person, this is confusing. Either use an unreal name (e.g. Jan Jansen, John Doe, etc.) or just present the variables.
