#3 Auto-index doesn't find DB-based pages

The AUTOINDEX feature doesn't find pages whose titles and
descriptions are in the database (i.e., are I18N enabled). It only looks
at pages with hardwired metadata in the file. This is actually a missing
feature rather than a bug and will be addressed as a part of a more
comprehensive page metadata update.
