Tupleware -- first release

Tupleware allows you reading in relational data from text files, command line, SQL and (via plugin) RDQL. It can then display the different parts of an n-ary relation as concept lattices which help understand the structure of the data.

The first version lacks a bit of user-friendliness (e.g. not much error handling is happening yet), but it has full functionality, including export of the created diagrams into ToscanaJ-files, PNGs and JPEGs as well as printing.
