#1 dashes in test script filenames break --help-TEST-NAME

./configure --help-TESTNAME fails when TESTNAME's script has dashes in the name:

./configure --help-pkg-config-exists

The problem is that internally, the help code translates those to underscores and THEN checks to see if the test file exists. That part needs to be patched up to try different variations of the given name (e.g. first as-is, then with underscores).

As a workaround, one can use:

./configure --help-tests

and select the test from the list that presents.
