#3 address output

You've most likely seen this already, just making sure it
is a known issue. This will happen when using ESRI input.

$ ./tmrs -d ESRI -a 918,*,*,*,*
A:3447:918 Oa. kcrest ' á:31627348,-95573774
A:4868:918 NT. ennesseeAve ' á:31769763,-95636324
A:4831:918 WC. arolinaSt ' á:31770820,-95644069
etc, etc...

As you can see the address output has some formatting
issues along with 3/4 dead characters trailing it. Just
something else I noticed.
