#16 TMR does not work properly

When I try to schedule a message it does not appear on
the screen but if I schedule to open a file id does
open. And all the events apear in the task scheduler
even the messages. Second, I can not run TMR from the
command line.

So I suppose the problem is that when the task
scheduler tries to launch TMR it's not posible. I have
no idea of what it can be. Could anyone gime me an idea?
