Initial Comment:
First, thanks for a great utility. I would donate but 
PayPal and me had a fight and I refuse to use them 
anymore.

Steps to repeat bug:

1. Go to the main window
2. Note the disabled "Create Task" button as nothing 
has yet been entered
3. Enter some text in the "Message" field. The "Create 
Task" button is now enabled.
4. Click the "Task Actions" icon to the left of 
the "Create Task" button and select "Play a custom 
sound..." from the menu.
5. Cancel the sound file select dialog.
6. Note that the "Create Task" button is now disabled 
even though there is now sufficient info to create.

It seems that a cancel on the sound select disabled the 
button regardless of any previous button state.
