Summary: TMR crash

Initial Comment:
1,  When I reschedule a message, TMR crashes and fails 
to reschedule after any minutes.  The previous version is 
more stable in rescheduling.

2,  When a scheduled message is prompted, the cpu 
resource meter gets to the optimum without lowering.  
The previous version doesn't have this issue as I 
remember.
