   Dear Sir/Madam,
    Can you please advise why, if I save an e-mail as mail, when I set a =
reminder for the document the document itself does not open up at the =
planned time, but rather the outlook express screen opens to wherever it =
was/is at.  Under other saved formats the documents themselves open.
