#24 Creat a checkbox for adding a sound to a message

I just started to use TMR. If one wants to play a
sound with a message, one has to press Control-F when
composing the message. This is easy to forget, and
there is no indicator that a sound was selected. It
would be useful to have a checkbox which one could
check if one wants a sound to play with a message. It
would be even more useful if one could set an option to
play a sound with every message.

Of course, this is a low-priority request. Thanks for
your work with TMR. It seems a very nice and useful
program.
