#19 Making sure reminders don't disappear until they are clicked

Let's look at a test scenario:

I go to work at 8am. I set up some reminder to 10am.
When I come back home at 6pm I see it and everyone's happy.

Now, what if my computer crashed or I had a power
outage during the day, after the task popped up? I
would miss my reminder!

What I'm suggesting is that when TMR loads it'll create
a new task in the scheduler for, say, 5 minutes from
now, when it'll load again, and if the "original"
proccess is still running it will simply schedule
itself for 5 minutes from now and die, showing nothing.
