"Notify my of missed tasks at login" doesn't work on W2K

#19 "Notify my of missed tasks at login" doesn't work on W2K
The problem seems to be 100% repeatable. When a task is
scheduled at a time when my computer is turned off, the
task disappears without any notification. The behaviour
doesn't matter on the option "Notify my of missed tasks
at login".
