#18 TMR hangs when playing sound

TMR.exe hangs when I try the following:

tmr -p chimes.wav

A msg box, saying "Playing file... chimes.wav" pops up
but stops about halfway and cannot be closed. I tried
using the -disableballon (or -!disableballon) parameter
but this doesn't seem to work.

WinXP Home, both versions (unicode and non-unicode)
