[TMip-Devel] Development version 0.11a released

I have just updated CVS with the latest development version (0.11a).

This now includes the integrated DHCP server, configuration file 
options and quite a few other changes.

The DHCP server seems fine under Linux, but there seems to be a 
few problems under FreeBSD remaining, such as it sending the 
DHCP replies on the wrong interface!

When these little problems are sorted I will do a file release.

Now it really is all transparent ;)
