[TMip-Devel] Initial CVS code up

Hi

I've imported all the code for TMip into SourceForge CVS. It now lives
under module name 'tmipcore'. The idea is that this module will contain
the 'core' TMip applications, such as the MLR/CN/protocol itself and
the little query application 'mlrp_query'.

I've also been developing a Windows based client to allow visualisation/control
of the network. I hope to commit this to CVS sometime in the future too.

On another note, a Perl module is currently being written (not by myself) to
hook directly onto the protocol code, which it is hoped will lead to the
development of web based admin for the MLR/CN's.
