#28 Title tags like "<sub>" are crippled during XML conversion

When a publication overview is generated as XML,
formatting instructions inside the <title> tag are
replaced by escaped characters and become useless.

Example: key='conf/mfcs/1988'

Title: "Separating the Eraser Turing Machine Classes
L_e, NL_e, co-NL_e and
P_e."

After XML conversion:

<title>Separating the Eraser Turing Machine Classes
L&lt;sub&gt;e&lt;/sub&gt;, NL&lt;sub&gt;e&lt;/sub&gt;,
co-NL&lt;sub&gt;e&lt;/sub&gt; and
P&lt;sub&gt;e&lt;/sub&gt;.</title>
