#3 Missing Source Locator for Associations etc.

Hi,

the org.tmapiutils.impexp.xtm.XTMParser only stores the
id of topics as a Locator in the corresponding Topic
object (due to calling TMAPIResolver.
resolveOrCreateTopic()). All other objects like
Associations, Occurances, and TopicNames are created
likewise but do not respect the id attribute as a
SourceLocator. This information is essential for retrieving
a reifier thus this does not work. The TMAPIResolver has
not only to create a new Association etc object but must
also add the Locator to this.
