I have just (locally) updated my TM4J build to use the new Xerces 2.0.0
parser. I found (and fixed) a minor bug in the Xerces XMLSerializer, but
other than that it seems OK - all of our test suite passes with the fixed
version of the Xerces JAR file. However, before I commit the changes to the
lib directory, could anyone let me know if there are any delicate
dependencies that I should check out first ?

PS - If I don't hear anything about this by this evening, I will assume all
is OK and commit my changes - we can always back them out later...
