Did you use the build.xml of TM4J?

If I use it everything works fine.

Just do a
     ant all
or
     ant distrib-all

and you get the libs with the current date as suffix.

An alternative might be to modify or create your tmapi.properties file
(see
http://tmapi.org/guide/ar01s05s01.html#topicmapsystemfactory-lookup)

If you've further problems, please provide more information what
you've done to build TM4J from source.
